These are the terms as we intend them, in plain language. The complete membership agreement is published before enrollment opens — and it will say the same things, at greater length.
The membership, in one paragraph
Overdue is a monthly membership: $49 per month with a 6-month minimum, or $499 prepaid annually. It includes defined services — two comprehensive standard lab panels per year, each connected to a physician visit and clinical review, plus the access and tools described on the membership page. There is no additional charge at your included visits.

Why a minimum: the product is a rhythm, not a transaction. Two panels six months apart show a direction; one shows a snapshot. The enforceability and exact structure of the minimum varies by state and is part of counsel review.

Cancellation
After your first six months, cancel anytime from your dashboard — no calls, no forms, no exit interviews.
Annual members: the draft intent is cancellation at renewal, with any remainder handled per the final membership agreement.

What Overdue is — and is not
Overdue is a membership, not health insurance, and not a substitute for emergency care. Keep your major medical coverage.
Medical care is provided by independent licensed physicians and their practices. They make every clinical decision. Overdue manages your membership, billing, scheduling support, and dashboard — never your care.
You're an Overdue member and a patient of your participating practice — one relationship for the medicine, one for everything around it.
Overdue is not for emergencies. If you think you're having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Services outside the membership
Imaging, specialists, medications, and additional panels are not part of the membership. Overdue surfaces transparent cash prices where available; you pay outside providers directly. Example prices. Actual prices vary by market, provider, and service — you'll see the exact price before you book, and you pay outside providers directly.
The full agreement
The complete membership agreement — including state-specific terms, the definition of included services, payment and refund mechanics, and dispute handling — will live on this page before the first member enrolls. Until then, nothing on this site is an offer of a contract.
