The five steps

  1. Join for $49 a month.

    Six-month minimum, or $499 for the year. That's the whole price of membership — no enrollment fee, no per-visit math to do in your head. The value shows up as a rhythm, not a transaction, which is exactly why the minimum exists: you experience a panel, a review, a trend line, and a second panel that tells you which direction you're moving.

  2. Schedule your first included visit.

    Our scheduling team books your comprehensive lab panel and physician visit at a time that actually works — before work, after work, whenever you'll really go. You don't chase anyone, sit on hold, or navigate a phone tree. The appointment arrives confirmed, and the postponing quietly ends there.

  3. Go — and pay nothing at the door.

    Labs drawn, vitals taken, an unhurried conversation with a licensed physician. There is no card reader moment, no 'your estimated responsibility today,' no envelope six weeks later.   4. Review your results with your physician.

    Not a PDF portal dump. Your physician walks you through what your numbers mean — what's fine, what's worth watching, and what (if anything) to do next. If they ever recommend something beyond what's included, you see the price before anything happens. Never after.

  5. Watch your health over time.

    Every result lands on your trend-line dashboard, so your second panel of the year isn't a snapshot — it's a comparison. You'll know whether that borderline number moved, and which way. And if you ever need care outside the membership, you'll know the cash price before you say yes.

02 —Between visits

The months in between count too.

Two panels a year set the rhythm. Between them, small questions don't have to become appointments — and they don't have to become next year's postponed thing either.

  • Async messaging

    Message your practice for the questions that don't need a visit. Defined scope, real answers — for the “is this worth a visit?” questions that usually go unasked.

  • Sick-visit access

    Qualifying sick-visit access between your scheduled check-ins. When something comes up between panels, you have a defined way in — with a practice that already knows your baseline.

Overdue is not for emergencies. If you think you're having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

03 —Who provides the care?

Your doctor works for you. Not for us.

Overdue doesn't practice medicine — and that's deliberate. Clinical care is provided by independent licensed physicians who own every medical decision: your diagnosis, your treatment, your records, your care. Overdue is the management side — the membership, the billing, the dashboard, the scheduling, the price transparency — so the physician's time goes to medicine instead of administration.

You're a member of Overdue and a patient of an independent practice, at the same time, on purpose. The people making judgments about your health answer to their license and to you. Nobody else.

Medical care is provided by independent licensed physicians and their practices. They make every clinical decision. Overdue manages your membership, billing, scheduling support, and dashboard — never your care.

04 —If something turns up

A next chapter, not a cliff.

Sometimes a panel finds something that deserves ongoing attention: blood pressure that needs managing, a thyroid that needs following, a plan that needs more than two touchpoints a year. If a result needs ongoing management, your physician may recommend moving into the practice's full primary-care membership — typically around $95–110 per month depending on the practice. Nothing changes without a clear conversation first.

Same physician, same records, same no-surprise pricing philosophy. No re-explaining your history to a stranger, no starting over. Overdue is the front door; if you need the whole house, it's already yours to walk into.

Full primary-care membership is offered directly by the independent physician practice; pricing is set by the practice. Moving up is always your choice, never a requirement.
